Therefore, with effective 1st April 2009, all gTLDs domains (.com/.net/.org/.info/.biz/.name/.mobi/.asia/.travel) that are deleted during the AGP will not be refunded. After a .com/.net/.org/.info domain was expired, it will go through below life cycle:-
40 days renewal grace period -- > 30 days Redemption grace period --> 5 days pending delete
If partners did not renew or restore the domain name, it will be released for public re-registration approximately 75 days from the domain expiration date. Please note that domain re-registration is on first-come, first-served basis.

Yes, WebNIC does provide IDN.org domain name in 11 languages which are Chinese, Danish, German, Hungarian, Icelandic, Korean (Hangul), Latvian, Lithuanian, Polish, Swedish and Spanish.
Chinese IDN.org domain will be available from 23 January 2010. It can only be register in Chinese Simplified or Chinese Traditional characters, ASCII characters are not permitted.
16) Will my client able to visit my website with .com/.net/.org Chinese Domain Name?
