1) If I have registered a domain name through WebNIC wrongly, what should I do?
Partners may perform a domain deletion via the Partner Central. Partners are encourage to read through the terms and conditions before perform a domain deletion.

3) I have deleted a domain name through the partner central however why there is no full refund?
Please be informed that ICANN has implemented the gTLDs [.com/.net/.org/.info/.biz/.name/.mobi/.asia/.travel] Add Grace Period (AGP) policy which does not allow the refund of deleted domain during the AGP. Full detail can be view at http://www.icanne.org/en/tlds/agp-policy-17dec08-en.htm.With effective from 1st April 2009, all gTLDs domains which deleted during the AGP will not be refunded.

4) I have deleted a .my domain name through partner central but why the domain is exist after I did a Whois query?
Partners are required to perform the deletion for a .my domain name via registry’s panel http://www.domainregistry.my/delete.php in order the domain will be deleted from registry. Domain deletion can be performed by login as admin contact login information.

5) Where can I delete the domain name?
- Login to Partner Central at http://www.webnic.cc;
- Under Domain Manager section;
- Click on Delete Domain.
