Further to the [WEBNIC Urgent Maintenance] email we have sent to you on 2010-07-14, this is to inform you that all services have been back to normal on 2010-07-14 evening.

However, we are regret to inform you that DNS Hosting, URL Forwarding and Email Forwarding services are temporarily unavailable until further notice. This was due to we have experienced DDOS attack on our DNS server, as the attack is on-going, Webnic has decided to temporarily disable DNS hosting service, Email forwarding and URL forwarding. We will enable the services once the attack is over.

Our engineers are constantly monitoring the attack and work deliberately to recover the service.

We shall keep you update once the services are back to normal. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
