According to a memorandum of understanding, WEBCC, and its partners SEDO GmbH (sedo.com) and SWsoft (sw-soft.com), will help the development of HiChina in secondary domain names, Pay-Per-Click and Web hosting. The memorandum also covers HiChina plans to deploy SWsoft's hosting automation software - Plesk, Virtuozzo, HSPcomplete and PEM - to futher enhance HiChina's product innovation and operational efficiency.

The MOU signing ceremony took place at China's WEBCC Hoster Conference Beijing 2005, and included participants Tim Schumacher, CEO of SEDO GmbH's, and Soeren von Varchmin, managing director of European and Asian operations for SWsoft. Stan Zhang, CEO and president of HiChina and TK Tan, CEO of WEBCC, signed the memorandum in Beijing on Wednesday.
