Landrush	A landrush period starting on 15th July 2009, (0:00:01 UTC) and ending on 31st July 2009, (0:00:01 UTC). There are no special requirements for the landrush period. In case there is more than one application per domain, the domain will go into an auction system. The auctions will be held shortly after the end of the landrush period. Further details about the auction system is available now. Minimum registration during landrush period is 2 years.	USD400.00 (2 years)

Terms and Conditions .CM Sunrise Application:

	.cm Sunrise period will start on 15 June 2009, 17:00 (GMT+0800) and end on 15 July 2009, 07:59 (GMT+0800).

	Applicants must meet requirements for providing evidence of trademark claims.

	Sunrise applicants required to warrant that they have the applicable rights to the domain name applied. Applicant must correspond to the holder or licensee of the trademark on which the sunrise application is based.

	Supporting document required, applicant are advise to well prepare below documents for application verification and directly send to the .cm Registry or validation agent at TmValidation@register.cm after the sunrise application submission. i. Electronic copy of the trademark registration certificate corresponding to the name applied; ii. Applicant is a licensee, a copy of the licensing agreement with the holder of the trademark and the name and residence address/corporate seat of the licensor are required; iii. All sunrise applications must be in English, a copy of the trademark registration certificate and/or the license agreement may be in their original language, with English translation provided.

	The earliest or the only valid sunrise application will be provisionally registered to that applicant upon validation of the documentation submitted.

	If there is more than one valid sunrise application for the same domain name, names will be awarded to the registrant with the oldest registered trademark.

Notes for .CM Landrush Application:


	.cm Landrush period will start on 15 July 2009, 08:00 (GMT+0800) and end on 30 July 2009, 17:00 (GMT+0800).

	There is no special requirement and a Landrush submission do not required supporting document.

	If there is more than one application for one domain, the domain name will go into the auction process. Please refer FAQs for more details on auction process.


Notes for .CM Go Live Application:


	.CM Go Live period will start on 27th August 2009 at 00:00:01 UTC

	There is no special requirement for Go Live submission; anyone can register a .cm domain.
