ccTLDs (Country-Code Top-Level Domains), is a different domain extensions compare with gTLDs (Generic Top-Level Domains). ccTLDs (Country-Code Top-Level Domains) consist the two-character names that affiliated with various countries around the world. Not like gTLDs, end-users cannot simply purchase for ccTLDs (Country-Code Top-Level Domains). They are closed or restricted and requiring proof of residency in the country in question. The extensions of ccTLDs (Country-Code Top-Level Domains) is dedicated to specific country, it will appear in the form like .my for Malaysia, .sg for Singapore, .uk for United Kingdom and so on.
