  3. The Promotion will run on a direct charge basis.
  4. The Promotion is only valid for first year registration only.
  5. The Promotion is not applicable for domain renewal, domain transfer and registration of two (2) years.
  6. The Promotion will be priced at USD $3.30 for the first year of registration.
  7. Both locally-based and foreign-based registrants are eligible for this promotion.
  8. The registration fee under the Promotion will not be refundable.
  9. Proxy service is not included in this Promotion, any subscription for proxy is not refundable.
  10. The Promotion excludes ALL Premium and Reserved domains.
