Kindly be informed that your account will be unlocked after approximately 30 minutes, provided there is no other login attempts within these 30 minutes, or else it will continue to be locked and the counter will reset.
We would highly recommend you to proceed retrieving your login information via below steps after the failed login attempt(s):-
1. Visit our retrieve password page at https://r.webnic.cc/forgetpwd.jsp
2. Fill in Partner ID: [webcc-xxxxxx], username and user email address accordingly
3. Click Submit
4. The login information will be send to your user email address

On 31st May 2018, due to the structural and sourcing changes in Symantec, it had resulted in End of Sales of the GeoTrust Anti-Malware Scanning service (both the Malware Scan and Basic Malware Scan).
WebNIC had separately informed all reseller(s) who currently owned the product with us. For the replacement of anti-malware scanning service, reseller may refer to WebNIC new launched service [SITELOCK] for a better service coverage with competitive price.
This is a gentle reminder to reseller, according to ICANN policy, all gTLD’s and new gTLD’s are compulsory to deliver renewal notice for 1 Day After Expiration, 5 Days Before Expiration and 30 Days Before Expiration to domain registrant.
Only ccTLD’s is allow to exclude the 1 Day, 5 Days and 30 Days renewal notice reminder. Therefore, if you have untick in reseller panel for the renewal notice, the exclusion will not include gTLD’s and new gTLD’s.
We would like to keep you informed that from 20th July 2018 onwards, SG domain Administrative Contacts who login to SGNIC’s [email protected] & RegistryLock Portal via SingPass and CorpPass will require the use of their SingPass/CorpPass Two-Factor Authentication i.e. SMS or OneKey Token one-time password (OTP). This is registry “SGNIC” effort to further enhance the security of domain online identity and transactions.
